Yoga in the Park
Presented by Village of Bourbonnais
Join us outdoors every Saturday in June for a rejuvenating Vinyasa flow from Soul Moon Studio—where breath meets movement in a continuous, dynamic sequence. This style, often called “flow yoga,” links poses together through breath, encouraging presence and inner connection.Drop into your breath. Move with intention. Settle into stillness during the final savasana, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.Take up space on your mat—this time is just for you. All levels, including beginners, are welcome in our friendly community atmosphere!
